Key & lock register
Every key, lock, core, and key holder in one place.
Key control for public works & utilities
Key Management links your keys and locks to the assets they open (pump stations, signal cabinets, gates, park facilities) so you always know who has access, can act fast when a key goes missing, and stay ready for audits.

Ask in plain English
Question: Who still has keys to the Zone 3 lift stations?
Answer: Three keys are checked out:

The problem
Key logs live in spreadsheets, binders, and people's memory. They drift out of date with every handoff.
Records list key numbers, not the pump station, cabinet, or gate each key actually opens.
When a key goes missing, staff spend days working out which sites are exposed. A lost master can mean rekeying a whole system.
Proving who had access, and when, means rebuilding history by hand.
How it works
Upload the spreadsheets, scanned logs, or photos of key tags you already have. Claude pulls out keys, holders, and locations, and your staff review every record before it's saved.
Link each lock to the asset it secures, from your ArcGIS Online layers or a simple CSV.
Check keys in and out at the office or in the field. Every action lands in a permanent audit trail.
Ask questions in plain English, get alerts for overdue or unreturned keys, and generate audit reports in minutes.

How we use AI
AI features run on Claude by Anthropic. When you use an AI feature, the records involved in that request are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the result. Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, Anthropic may not train its models on that content. Nothing the AI produces is saved until your staff approve it.
Security
A key register is a map of how to get into your city's facilities. We treat it that way.
Encryption in transit and at rest.
Role-based access: crews see only the keys and sites they need.
Audit log of every change and every AI action.
Sensitive details such as key cut codes hidden by default.
Hosting: Amazon Web Services, U.S. region.
Single sign-on. Status: Roadmap
We're an early-stage company, so we'll be direct: ask us anything about security and we'll answer in writing.
Email us at work@keymanagement.llc.
Pilot program
We're working with a small group of agencies to shape the product. Pilot agencies get free access during the pilot and founding-agency pricing afterward, hands-on onboarding, and a direct line to the roadmap.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Thanks, we'll reply within three business days.
